Carcinome neuroendocrine à petites cellules de la vessie : à propos d’une observation et revue de littérature

Résumé cinome neuroendocrine à petites cellules de la vessie est une tumeur rare, agressive, d’évolution très péjorative. Le carcinome neuroendocrine à petites cellules de la vessie représente une entité histologique particulière ayant un caractère rapidement agressif et métastatique, avec un pronostic sévère. En raison de sa rareté, aucun consensus n’existe à ce jour. Sa prise en charge doit être multidisciplinaire, associant chirurgie, chimiothérapie et radiothérapie. Nous rapportons l’observation d’un patient âgé de 84 ans ayant été atteint d’un carcinome neuroendocrine à petites cellules de la vessie dont le traitement a consisté en une chimiothérapie suivie d’une chimio-radiothérapie concomitante, l’évolution illustrant la rapidité évolutive de cette tumeur. Une revue générale de la littérature sur ce sujet suit la description du cas clinique. ndocrine small cell carcinoma of the bladder is a rare and aggressive cancer with a very pejorative behavior. Because it is rare, there is no consensus to date. Its management should be multidisciplinary, involving surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. We report the case of an 84-year-old patient with neuroendocrine small cell carcinoma of the bladder, treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by a combined chemoradiotherapy. A review of the literature on this topic is also presented.
