Résumé apportons quatre cas de lymphome malin non hodgkinien avec atteinte du nasopharynx. Les aspects cliniques, radiologiques, histologiques et thérapeutiques sont décrits. Les quatre patients étaient de sexe masculin, âgés respectivement de 20, 42, 71 et 77 ans. La symptomatologie était faite d’obstruction nasale avec épistaxis dans trois cas et d’adénopathies cervicales dans le quatrième. Il s’agissait d’un lymphome malin non hodgkinien de phénotype B à grandes cellules exprimant CD20 dans les quatre observations. Le traitement a consisté en une chimiothérapie suivie de radiothérapie. ort four cases of non-Hodgkin lymphoma involving the nasopharynx. The symptoms were nasal obstruction with epistaxis in three cases and a cervical node in the fourth case. The histological type was a non-Hodgkin lymphoma of phenotype B with large cells CD20+ in the four cases. The treatment consisted in radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
