Abstract
Efficient strategies for the synthesis of three building-blocks 4′-(functionalized)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine have been developed for the convergent synthesis of metallodendrons; these strategies provide a practical approach for the rational design of highly conjugated metallodendrimers.
