Abstract
An efficient and novel one-pot synthesis of 3,4,5-trisubstituted-3,6-dihydro-2H-1,3-oxazine from alkynoates, anilines, and formaldehyde is described. The six-membered N,O-heterocyclic skeleton was constructed via Brّnsted acid-promoted domino hydroamination/Prins reaction/cyclization/dehydration reactions.
