Abstract
This report presents a well-documented link between vasodepressor syncope,5 a marked increase of LFHF ratio response to orthostasis (sympathetic dominance), 6 and the efficacy of β blockers in preventing orthostatic symptoms and absence of tilt-induced syncope,5 with normalization of the LFHF ratio response.
