Abstract
Trigonal Se nanotube was successfully synthesized by a facile and green one-step hydrothermal method, using Na2SeO3 as selenium source and glucose as reducing agent. The samples were characterized by XRD, TEM, HRTEM, SAED, UV–Vis and so on. The investigation found the glucose played the key role in the formation of t-Se nanotube. The possible growth mechanism was also discussed.
