Vapour-liquid equilibria. IX. The ternary system cyclohexanemethanolhexane at 313.15 K

Total vapour pressure measurements made by the modified static method for the ternary system cyclohexanemethanolhexane at 313.15 K are presented. Different expressions for GE suitable for correlation of these data are tested; the constituent binary systems cyclohexanemethanol, cyclohexanehexane and methanolhexane, published previously, are also discussed from the point of view of the present measurements for the ternary system. The prediction of ternary VLE from constituent binaries is studied.
