Abstract
Nationality is explained as a political relation of private individuals with governments which on the one hand has basic role in authority arena of governments and on the other hand has essential role in benefiting people of some rights and commitment to some assignments. In this regard and in nationality arena, women status is more complicated than men status because the marriage and binary nationality of it or forcible naturalization due of this legal establishment as forcible phenomena of marriage at different legal structures has placed the women status in especial position. This has two descriptions. These descriptions can have negative effect on individual operation of legal due to nationality and also can increase the possibility of cheating into law for women especially in legal systems which accept temporary marriage (like the legal system of Iran). In types of marriage, the nationality status of women has been encountered to uncertainties and questions. In this base, legal systems of different countries sometimes do have to independence of nationality and sometimes vote to the unity of nationality and the necessity of womans nationality of mans nationality. In this article, we try to describe the challenge of womans nationality in both legal systems of Iran and United States of America and finally evaluate the success and the failure of each of them.
