The Eelationship between Corporate Cntrepreneurship on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Commitment: Empirical Evidence from Small and Medium-Size Industrial City of Guilan

The importance of corporate entrepreneurship for survival in the current economic era is emphasized. The present study surveys the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in small and medium corporations. The aim of study was to investigate the behavior of corporate entrepreneurship on the emotional and continuous commitment and citizenship behavior. Moreover, the researchers survey the mediating effect of emotional and continuous commitment on the corporate entrepreneurship on the organizational citizenship behavior. We concluded that there is a positive relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and organizational citizenship behavior which is affected by continuous and emotional commitment.
