Performance Evaluation of Education Using the Organization Excellence Model (The Enablers): A Case Study of Iran

This study aims at evaluating the performance of management education Lamerd city was based on the Excellence Model. Study is descriptive - survey and the target type are applied. Population consisted of 550 teachers in the school year 2013-2014 is Lamerd city using a stratified random sample of 240 subjects were enrolled. Instruments included a self-made questionnaire organization excellence model is based on elements of its validity was confirmed by experts and reliability using Cronbach’s alpha 0.81 was calculated. The results generally showed Lamerd city education in leadership and performance components, business processes, personnel management, and the situation is not ideal but at policy initiatives and strategies are adequate.
