Curing of high performance concrete: Indian experience

Till date, limited information is available on the curing of HPC. In the present paper the author has brought out a distinct curing methodology that could be adopted for HPC after carrying out a number of field trials by studying the behaviour of HPC with respect to the moisture loss from fresh concrete. The procedure had been developed and adopted during the construction of inner containment (IC) dome of Kaiga-2 and Rajasthan atomic power project (RAPP)-3 and 4.
