The Study about Responsibilities of Islamic Dominion for Enjoining the Good and Forbidding the Evil

In Islamic Dominion, enjoining the good and forbidding the evil has high importance. Since, this obligation has some stages therefore first stages is a duty for people but next stages which needs power and required tools, so these stages are not in the scope of peoples duty and are considered as Governments duties. Undoubtedly, if governments duty about enjoining the good and forbidding the evil be performed properly, then it not only wont lead to deprivation of liberty and democracy, but also the more criticism and more enjoining the good and forbidding the evil, the more trust to the government will obtained and it lead to political development. And therefore reaching to this purpose requires creation of an independent organization or entity with enough ability and power and independence for making decision.
