  • Abstract
    A theoretical study of the charged particle beam time-of-flight and space focusing for electrostatic two-dimensional fields led us to consider novel schemes of time-of-flight mass analyzers. The analyzer schemes involve grid-free mirrors with two-plate electrodes for high resolved and high sensitive devices.
