Abstract
We describe a possible Liquid Argon Neutrino and Nucleon Decay Detector (LANNDD) that consists of a 70 kT magnetized liquid Argon tracking detector. The detector is being designed for the Carlsbad Underground Laboratory. The major scientific goals are: (1)
for p→K++ν̄μ to 1035 years lifetime;
ion of large numbers of solar neutrino events and supernova events;
of atmospheric neutrinos;
Far detector for Neutrino Factories in the USA, Japan or Europe.
