Normalization of s-dependent Hamiltonian

We present an extension of the Hamiltonian normalization method to s-dependent Hamiltonians. The main effort is devoted to finding an order-by-order normalization method based on the Lie transformation formalism. A short description of the general form of the normal Hamiltonian with respect to the resonant properties of the system is presented.
