Abstract
We report the electrical and optical characterization of organic LEDʹs prepared by the deposition — using the Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technique — of poly(3-hexadecylthiophene), PHDT, on an ITO substrate and subsequent evaporation of an Al electrode.
