Abstract
Cast and spin coat films of C60 derivatives with a long alkyl chain were prepared. The X-ray analysis confirmed that the cast film formed a layer structure and the spin coat film has an amorphous structure. In the photocurrent spectra of both films, a peak around 720 nm was detected, which corresponds to an absorption peak in its solution. The peak, due to the interaction between the C60 moieties, is not observed clearly. I (photocurrent) /I (darkcurrent) of the cast film is much larger than that of the spin coat film.
