    LATINFOODS (http://www.inta.cl/latinfoods) is the Latin American regional food composition network, co-sponsored by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the United Nations University (UNU) under its INFOODS project. This paper presents the main activities of LATINFOODS during 2001 and 2002.
