Abstract
Nuclear interaction losses of 1,2,3H, 4,6,8He, 6,7,8,9Li and 9Be in CsI, BGO and GSO crystals have been measured as a function of particle energy in the range of 10–50 MeV/nucleon by direct exposure of ΔE(Si)–E(Sci/PD) telescopes to secondary beams from the ACCULINNA fragment separator. The results are compared with calculations based on inelastic cross sections from complete fusion and diffraction scattering (Glauber) models.
