Abstract
The track detectors of the H1 experiment have been in operation since 1992 at the HERA ep collider. Different aging effects, including sense wire corrosion, Malter effect on cathodes and sense wire deposits which were observed in the period 1993–1997 in the Central Jet Chamber of H1 (CJC) are described.
