Identify and Prioritize the Factors Contributing to Empowerment by Topsis Method (Case Study: Parsian Insurance of Golestan Province)

Empower and give freedom to employees, increase performance and provide the basic strategies of survival in todayʹs organizations, because the vast changes in the world of turbulent environment today, the flexibility organizations is essential for survival. The purpose of this paper is to Identify and prioritize the factors contributing to empowerment by Topsis method (Case Study: Parsian Insurance of Golestan Province) and proposals to improve the capability of using the findings of the research. This article will review and prioritize the factors affecting employee empowerment has been Topsis method. In this regard, the review of the literature and concepts of empowerment, risk factors were studied. To identify factors influencing the population studied and developed a questionnaire designed in order to select the variables (factors) of the study sample members and their views about these factors is set. The results show that the life of heads, chests, vice president, property damage, personal assistant services, Secretariat, Department of property, loss of life have a key role.
