Experimental status on neutrinoless double beta decay searches

We describe the present neutrinoless double beta decay 0 ν β β experiments and the sensitivity to an exchange of a light Majorana neutrino. We then discuss the proposed next generation 0 ν β β decay experiments. The sensitivity should be beyond a half life of a few 1026 years corresponding to a few tens of meV Majorana neutrino mass.
