عملكرد، وضعيت سلامتي و ميزان آغوز ميش‪هاي دوقلوزاي افشاري و رشد و زنده‪ماني بره‪‪هاي آن تحت تأثير افزايش پروتئين قابل متابوليسم جيره در اواخر آبستني قرار نمي‪گيرد

هدف از اين مطالعه، بررسي اثر دو سطح پروتئين قابل متابوليسم (MP) جيره غذايي در اواخر آبستني بر عملكرد و وضعيت سلامتي ميش‪هاي افشاري و زنده‪ماني و رشد بره‪ها بود. از 6 هفته قبل از زايش، 32 رأس ميش افشاري به طور تصادفي به دو تيمار غذايي اختصاص يافتند، كه حاوي غلظت پروتئين قابل متابوليسم كم (LMP) يا زياد (HMP) بودند. ميش‪ها به طور انفرادي در LMP (16 رأس) و در HMP (16 رأس) به صورت ايزوكالريك (39/2 مگاكالري در كيلوگرم ماده خشك) تغذيه شدند كه به ترتيب شامل 4/99 و 5/116 گرم پروتئين خام (CP) و 5/70 گرم و 6/84 گرم پروتئين قابل متابوليسم در كيلوگرم ماده خشك (DM) بود غلظتMP  جيره غذايي در اواخر آبستني، بر تغييرات وزن بدن و نمره وضعيت بدني ميش‪ها و همچنين بر غلظت گلوكز، پروتئين كل، اسيدهاي چرب آزاد غير استريفيه (NEFA)، بتا هيدروكسي بوتيرات (bHBA)، انسولين، حساسيت به انسولين و تعداد كل گلبول‪هاي سفيد خون (WBC)، گلبول‪هاي قرمز خون (RBC) و ساير سلول‪هاي خون تأثير نداشت. همينطور، مقدار و تركيب آغوز به دست آمده در 24 ساعت اول پس از زايمان با سطحMP  تغيير نيافت در نتيجه افزايش غلظت MP جيره غذايي بيشتر از نياز استاندارد در 6 هفته قبل از زايش هيچ سودي براي ميش‪هاي دوقلوزا و بره‪هاي آنها از لحاظ عملكرد توليد و شاخص‪هاي سلامت نداشت.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of two dietary metabolizable protein (MP) concentrations on the performance and health status of Afshari ewes and survival and growth of their lambs during late pregnancy. For 6 weeks prior to lambing, 32 Afshari ewes were randomly assigned to two dietary treatments, containing low (LMP) or high (HMP) MP concentrations. The ewes in LMP (n=16) and in the HMP (n=16) were individually fed with isoenergetic (2.39 Mcal ME/kg DM) diets that contained 99.4 and 116.5 g crude protein (CP) and 70.5 g and 84.6 g MP/kg dry matter (DM) respectively. The concentration of MP in the late pregnancy diet did not affect changes in body weight and body condition score of ewes as well as blood glucose, total protein, nonesterified free fatty acids (NEFA), bhydroxy butyrate (bHBA), insulin concentrations, insulin sensitivity and total number of white blood cells (WBC), red blood cells (RBC) and other blood cells. Similarly, the amounts and composition of colostrum obtained during the first 24 h after lambing were not affected by MP level. It was concluded that increasing the MP content of the diet for 6 weeks prior to lambing above the standard requirements resulted in no benefit in terms of the productive performance and health indices of twinbearing ewes and their offspring.
