Abstract
Maintenance of the patient’s hemodialysis access is a major issue in chronic dialysis.
We report a patient with end stage renal disease who had no alternative for vascular access
and failed peritoneal dialysis. A successful vascular access device was inserted using a transhepatic
approach.
