Abstract
After kidney transplantation, approximately 40% of patients with
membranous glomerulonephritis experience recurrence, most
commonly during the first year. We present 2 patients with recurrent
membranous glomerulonephritis after kidney transplantation that
were successfully treated with rituximab.
