  • Abstract
    In this study, the removal of disulfide oil (DSO) from contaminated soil was studied by the bioremediation method and the influence of electrokinetic on the bioremediation process was investigated. The bacillus subtilis strain was used in the bioremediation process. The effects of humidity, time and DSO concentration in soil was studied. The experimental results for the bioremediation of DSO showed that the removal percent of DSO reached to 67% at 30oC and 26% humidity after six days. For the electrokinetic bioremediation (EK – bioremediation) experiments, the optimal current density was determined and several experiments at different times were performed. The concentration of DSO and the humidity was 20 L/g. soil and 26% respectively. The DSO removal percent reached to 61% after two days. The maximum DSO concentration in soil was 50 L/ g. soil. The comparison of the EK – bioremediation with the bioremediation method shows that the EK – bioremediation significantly reduces the biodegradation time for DSO.

    در اين تحقيق حذف آلودگي دي سولفيد اويل از خاك آلوده به آن با استفاده از روش زيست پالايي مورد بررسي قرار گرفت و تاثير فرآيند الكتروكينتيك بر زيست پالايي به عنوان يك روش جديد پيشنهاد گرديد. از گونه باسيلوس سابتيليس به عنوان ميكروارگانيسم استفاده شد. و تاثير پارامترهاي رطوبت، زمان و غلظت دي سولفيد اويل در خاك در روش زيست پالايي مطالعه گرديد. نتايج آزمايشگاهي براي زيست پالايي دي سولفيد اويل نشان داد، درصد حذف در دماي 30 درجه سانتيگراد و رطوبت 26 درصد بعد از گذشت 6 روز، به 67 درصد خواهد رسيد. با استفاده از فرايند الكتروكينتيك - زيست پالايي و دانسيته جريان بهينه آزمايش هايي در زمانهاي مختلف و دانسيته جريان بهينه صورت پذيرفت. ميزان رطوبت وغلظت دي سولفيد اويل به ترتيب، 26 درصد و 20 بود كه در اين شرايط درصد حذف دي سولفيد اويل طي 2 روز به 61 درصد رسيد.مقايسه دو روش زيست پالايي و الكتروكينتيك - زيست پالايي نشان داد، تلفيق دو روش با هم مدت زمان حذف دي سولفيد اويل را بطور قابل توجهي افزايش مي دهد
