Abstract
The aim of this paper is to introduce the different notions of ğα-closed maps and study some of their basic properties.Strongly ğα-closed maps have been defined to find the relationship with ğα-closed maps and as an application ğα-regular spaces have been defined to study its properties in terms of ğα-closed maps.
