Comparative Study of the Concept of Justice in Imam Khomeini and Sayyid Qutb’s Political Thought

Justice is one of the most important tendencies and interactions in human existence that sustains the human society. In addition, one of the fundamental concepts in the field of political theories that have been the first concern of humanity since the early days and the minds of many scholars have been in-volved in the concept of justice. Imam Khomeini and Sayyid Qutb are the major thinkers who have been involved in the theorizing in this field and according to their position; they have been implement-ing it in the community. These two great contemporary thinkers of Islam in the field of justice are known as influential figures. In this paper, it has been attempted to analyze and analyze the concept of justice in the political approach of the two major thinkers and philosophers of the Islamic world. The results of the study showed that: Imam Khomeini and Sayyid Qutb differ in the definition of justice, the importance of justice in their speeches and the areas of justice, and each has a special view in these fields
