  • Abstract
This paper presents a two-sta e method for optimization of CMOS operational amplifiers (op-amps) parameters. Modified cu koo optimization algorithm (MCOA) is employed t evaluate the fitness of every circuit in a ge eration. Proce s, voltage and temperature (PVT) variations are considered during optimization. To evaluate the efficiency of the proposed approach, the design of folded-cascode and two-stage op-amps in a 0.18μ process CMOS technology with 1.8 V supply voltage are presented. The simulation results show the efficiency of the proposed method in determini g the paramet rs of analog circuits.
