Abstract
Native arteriovenous fistula (AVF) is considered the best option for long-term haemodialysis. However, a considerable number o f AVF fail due to anastomotic stricture, thrombosis, aneurysmal dilatatin and infection . I report my experience in rescuing native AVF by the use o f proximal implantation of the arteriovenous anastomosis, as we do not have endovascular service in our center.
