Abstract
The overall objective of the study is to compare the efficacy and safety of combining Fenofibrate and Atorvastatin versus Simvastatin and ezetimibe in patients with mixed hyperlipidemia with CVD and who at risk of cardiovascular diseases. We test the hypothesis that adding fenofibric acid derivatives to statin therapy significantly reduces the risk of cardiovascular events among high-risk patients who have reached their LDL cholesterol goal with a statin but have residual mixed dyslipidemia. And using Cholesterol absorption inhibitors: Ezetimibe current indication for co administration with a statin by estimate the following blood parameter in hyperlipidemics patients, Chol, TG, LDL, HDL, CPK, SGPT, SGOT. The effect of this treatment in CVD were investigated by Electrocardiogram ECG in male and female before and after treatment course.
