Abstract
The aim of this work is to concentrate the readers attention to the fact [30] review of the results on the parametrization of regulators (paragraph A. Previous results [30]) is not complete and correct. Further, following we explain the matter of parametrization problem and show how the parametrization [32] follow from [23].
