Abstract
s an effective method for evaluating efficiency, the cross-efficiency evaluation method has been widely used to assess the performance of decision-making units (DMUs). However, the non-uniqueness of optimal weights problem has reduced the effectiveness of this method. To address this problem, scholars proposed to use secondary goals and presented many secondary goal models. In this pa-per, two new secondary goal models are presented, in order to further extend the above-mentioned existing secondary goal models.......
