Studi Organ Reproduksi Gracilaria gigas Harvey pada Fase Karposporofit

The study anatomy and morphology of sexual reproduction in carposporophyte the phase was very important. The aims of this research was to know the basic pattern of sexual reproduction. The study show that cystocarp morphology to be cleared without microscope. It can be found on layer and spread out of thallus. Each thallus contains maturity and green of cystocarps. It was relation with formation and diametre of cystocarp also maturity of carpospore.
