Abstract
‘Sakit tuan’ is a Malay term referring to male impotency, low libido and premature ejaculation. Malay traditional treatment has its own remedy for the problems mentioned in those andrology cases. Among the Malay wisdoms in treating ‘sakit tuan’ are manhood massage, and the use of traditional medicines. The sources of Malay wisdom in this paper are traditional texts such as Tajul Muluk, Kitab Hukum Jimak, Kitab Tib Pontianak and Hikayat Nurul Lisan Menjawab Masalah. Also referred are collections from Malay traditional practitioners. For the Malays, there are no clear separation between the modern and the traditional medicine. Moving from this premise, there are advantages in Malay traditional treatments due to spiritual elements of Islam
