Abstract
In this study, it was aimed to find whether the opinions of health care workers on the ethical climate of the hospital different mobbing behaviors which they were exposed to. The study was carried out on health care professionals working at four hospitals in Bolu province, one under the Ministry of Health, one university hospital and two private hospitals. The result of the study showed that health care workers expressed that the existence of egoist climate was more dominant than benevolence and principled climates in their hospitals. Mancova analysis indicated that mobbing had no relationships with dimensions of ethical climate but working time had significant relationships with benevolence and principled dimensions of ethical climate.
