Abstract
Chronic hepatitis B is caused by persistent
infection with hepatitis B virus (HBY). In
the last decade, great progress has been made in the
treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Prognosis of
chronic hepatitis B has been improved significantly
because of the clinical application of
nucleoside/nucleotide analogues, such as
lamivudine, adefovir dipivoxil, and entecavir. More
and more importance of antivirus treatment has
been realized. But the physicians are being puzzled
by the problems of antivirus treatment in the
reproductive women infected with HBY. According
to the studies of antiviral drug safety and clinical
experiences in treating pregnant women in recent
years, we introduce the strategies of antivirus
treatment in different periods of reproductive
women infected with HBY.
