Abstract
Tracking and monitoring construction projects performance are critical tasks Project monitoring reveals cost and time deviations and accordingly appropriate corrective actions are decided. Conventional construction project control using Earned Value Management EVM enables evaluating the status of construction progress on a specific date. Cost and schedule deviations are reported on any date to Figure out if the project is in or out of control. This paper presents a contribution_ to construction project performance by using improved statistical fuzzy control chart process. Statistical fuzzy process control chart SFPC technique is reported as a powerfully tool that supports construction industry to achieve project specifications with respect to quality. This paper illustrates the use of improved SFPC to monitor project performance trend during its construction phases.
