Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of creative drama on 7th grade students’ self-efficacy beliefs of geometry. Quasi-experimental pretest and posttest without control group research design was used in the study. Work group of the study consist 28 7th grade students from an elementary school in Eskişehir. Data were collected by the “Self-efficacy Beliefs Scale on Geometry”. The paired sample t-test was used to analyze data. According to the results of the study, it was found that there were significant effects of creative drama on 7th grade students’ self-efficacy beliefs on geometry. Finally, some suggestions for using creative drama in teaching geometry were offered.
