THE CHAOS THEORY: IT’S REFLECTIONS ON MANAGEMENT AND THE EDU

Firstly how the chaos theory emerged in the science of physics has been analyzed in this study. The Classical Physics theory which Newton introduced and which inculcates linearity in humanity sustained its dominance for 300 years. However when humanity started to research the micro world order, the shortcomings of this theory appeared so the Quantum Physics theory introduced by Einstein. The Quantum Physics theory brought an end not only to the dominance of the Classical Physics theory, but also to the linearity thought. Therefore Quantum Physics affected all the other branches of science. In this study, the emergence of the principle of uncertainty as an element of the Quantum theory, its assertions and its effect on education and management have been analyzed.
