Abstract
This study aims to investigate the relationship between hope and locus of control inpredicting career decision making self- efficacy among high school seniors. The sample ofthe study consisted of 302 senior students from three different schools types in Trabzon. Thedistrubution of students by gender is 139 girls (46%) and 163 boys (64%). Career DecisionMaking Self- Efficacy Scale, Hope Scale and Locus of Control Scale were used to collect thedata. Pearson correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression analysis were used to analyzethe data. According to the findings, hope and locus of control were found to be significantpredictors of career decision making self-efficacy among students.
