Abstract
Higher-level cognitive abilities and intense feelings of merging described asynchronous development experience to create ‘giftedness’ is one of the most precious treasure of the community (Columbus Group, 1991). Congenital from the gifted and talented education of the children born to diagnose rapidly in preschool and the first step is to meet the educational requirements needed requirements. When science and art center examined directive (MEB, 2016); ‘Central preschool education in preschool units that contribute to physical and psychological development of gifted students in the school age child is approaching the unit with scientific activity.’ ‘ Despite the inclusion of the term pre-school education units in science and art centers actively training services not provided. The study is meant to draw attention to the educational needs of gifted and talented children of pre school .
