A 44-year-old man was admitted to our clinic with near-vision difficulty. On fundus examination, there was a black-pigmented lesion was determined on the optic nerve head, and the visual acuity was 20/20. On fundus fluorescein angiography, there was a hypofluorescence due to blockage on the optic nerve head, and no fluorescein leakage was observed. Visual field examination was normal.
