Golden Jubilee - Messages; MY MAGNIFICENT LIBRARY SCHOOL

Like a misguided missile, I had no guidance for my future carrier. There was no choice, but the chance to somehow get into the higher education. My crystal ball fell to Library Science. It was 1979-80 I did my Diploma in Library Science from the Library School of University of Peshawar. Once in the profession, I thought not to stay with just what is available. So started search for Library schools offering Masters Programs. A friend of mine sent me a form, which I filled and mailed to Admission branch, University of Karachi. After sometime I was informed that I have been declared successful in getting admission in the School of library studies at University of Karachi.
