    Mobbing is decribed as the activity of repeated, aggressive behavior intended to hurt someone physically or mentally. Workplace mobbing and the reasons of it have been examining for the last 30 years. Research has focused on two main explanations for workplace mobbing, namely psychosocial work environment and organizational climate factors and personality and the individual characteristics.
