Second Constitution And Literature

Second Constitution had been declared at 23rd of July, 1908. This declaration has influenced both the individual and the society. People did not clearly understand this new situation. The point of view of the society about the Second Constitution also affected the literature. Authors, have mentioned and criticized the badly behaviour of the community in their literary works.
