RURAL POLICY IN TEACHER TRAINING INSTITUTES AND HIGHE EDUCATION

Purpose of this study is important in the village on the Turkish Education Institutes, the village was to evaluate in terms of teacher training. The reasons for the study of Rural Institutes, the purposes of their establishment, functioning and growing in these institutions focused on the qualifications of teachers and students. In addition, the first period of the Republic, the Turkish education system and study of this system were investigated in the place and importance of the Village Institutes. Turkish Village Institutes in the education system for the evaluation of the new formations are discussed in terms of historical development. The method used in this study, literature review on the subject made. At the end of the study findings, the original principles of the model village kalınmak provided education and training institutes should be about how well the present light tutuğu and educational activities were also many benefits.
