Abstract
An atrial septal aneurysm is an uncommon abnormality and may be the origin of thromboembolicevents. We herein present an unusual case ofthis septal abnormality with mitral stenosis and historyof thromboembolic cerebrovascular accident (Iranian Heart Journal 2009; 10 (3):47-49).
