Abstract
This is a case report of 7 year old boy who presented with bleeding per rectum and was provisionally diagnosed as rectal polyp but later on histopathology confirmed it as carcinoma. Colorectal carcinoma though is the 2nd commonest malignancy is rare below the age of 40. Till today, the youngest case of carcinoma of large gut was 7 year old patient. It is the same age as in our case report. The case of youngest patient reported at internet is 9 year old, 2 year older than our case reported.
