  • Abstract
    Since the international financial markets, risk management practices and supervisory approaches each have undergone significant transformation, a new capital accord formation is needed. As the consequence of these factors, “Basel III The New Capital Accord” is formed in order to provide approaches which are both more comprehensive and more sensitive to risks than the Basel II Accord. This study is within the scope of the Basel III criteria, cause-effect relationship in detail and review was conducted to evaluate the potential effects of Basel III Criteria.
